<p>Can I just take the report, bring it to all my classes and have each prof fill out their section, and then mail it to the school's myself?</p>

<p>That’s what I thought, but the form has you sign a waiver that says you will never get to see the form so I don’t understand how I can never view the form if I’m taking it to all my profs and sending it out myself…</p>

Have an envelope with you, and ask them to put it in as soon as they sign it. Then skip (yes skip, not walk) to your next professor, and do the same.</p>

<p>how late can i send in my mid-term report, so far i’ve only taken 1 midterm (calc II), im taking another 2 midterms for 2 other classes on March 7th (finance) , March 15th(economics) . I only have a quiz for 2 classes (literature, philosophy). However, I can probably have enough graded material for all my classes by April 1st. Is that too late to send a mid-term report?</p>
