Who knows school colors for these colleges?

I'm too lazy to look all these up, but there is a big rowing regatta in front of my house this weekend...the teams are all out practicing right now....most of the colleges I can identify because they are Michigan colleges....but who knows school colors for UVa, Coast Guard Academy, Marquette, Brock (in Canada) or the University of Cincinnati or Wheaton (I'm assuming the one in Illinois)??

UVA is orange and blue.

Thanks! See 'em…lots of “red” schools, guessing one is Ohio State…it’s pretty cool to watch. Girls and boys teams are out… I haven’t watched rowing since Boston.

Marquette is blue and gold. Cincinnati is red and black. Both schools have knocked my alma mater out of the NCAA basketball tournament in recent years so I remember!

I think the Coast Guard Academy is while, blue and orange.

And I think watching a rowing regatta outside my house would be a wonderful way to spend a Friday evening. Guess I could go watch barges go down the Missouri but it wouldn’t have the same ambience.

It’s not the usual Friday night activity. Everyone is done practicing except the Coast Guard…they are still out with the coach who is yelling through a bullhorn. It’s quite fun! Thanks…I’ll have to figure out which team is UofM and which team is Marquette! I’m now begging my H to put the Whaler in so we can actually get close tomorrow. He’s resisting…

The ones with the bigger heads are UMich! :)

Just an FYI–wikipedia is great for finding basic facts/statistics (including mascot/school colors) in a little box on the right-hand side of the page. Oops–now that I’ve said that I’m not seeing any for USCGA. Looks from their logo that it might be blue and white? Marquette is navy blue and gold. Brock is red, white and blue (how American! although they are colours). Cincinnati is red and black. Wheaton (IL) is blue and orange.
