Submitted my application last week and now I’m super nervous :/</p>

<p>I am! So excited, having my alum interview in like a week! I’m from Cape Town, South Africa, though…I think you guys have an advantage cuz at least your guidance counselor is used to American apps :S I’m so scared mine is going to mess up…</p>

The guy was really friendly and it wasn’t scary or awkward at all. I didn’t know what to expect cos a lot of my friends have been going to interviews for British universities and they ask you questions about your intended major >.< Lucky for me the Columbia interview was more of a two-way thing.</p>

<p>they offered me an interview…even i’m applying from my home country…will have an interview in my home country…</p>
