<p>That’s comes education comes into play, education makes a person more intelligent, but in a poverty stricken ghetto, other things are put in front of education, such as paying the bills, get a job to help the family etc.</p>

<p>People blame each other all the time. If white people can blame ‘thatwordthatshallnotbenamed’ for not being accepted to college, black people can blame white people, everyone blames, one group doenst blame more than another group, humans just like to blame and complain</p>
<p>i am making myself better. i’m doing what i can do and then some for my race and my generation. who says you can’t complain while working? i give blame where blame is necessary.</p>

<li>Historical oppression of minorities</li>
<li>Culture in those minorities</li>
