If you’re applying, you need to explain your own interest. And you need to know your own match. If you know the school well, this shouldn’t be a problem. If not, how do you make your own best presentation?
You can’t lean on someone else’s Why. Tippy tops need to see an applicant has genuinely found his or her reasons. So why are you interested?
Agree – you need to do some soul searching and figure out why Brown is particularly appealing to you.
My daughter particularly liked the open curriculum.
I know why I am interested in Brown. I’m just having trouble knowing how to show my personality and interest in Brown into 200 words.
If you are applying to Brown then you shouldn’t have any difficulty. Also, you ask people to give you examples, which implies that you don’t have any. None of us know your personality so there’s no way we can tell you what to say.

Be specific. Spend time on the website. Find professors or programs or activities that particularly excite you.
When I was applying last year, one of the most helpful pieces of advice I got was to compare Brown to my current high school — what about it do you like, and what would you change? How does Brown do those things? Obviously, you can compare Brown to other institutions or communities you’re a part of outside school, too. Basically, how does Brown improve upon your specific life experience?
