<p>because they dont conform to capitalist products. What like 100 dollar jeans and theyre made in some 3rd world country for 10 bucks. Clothes I think make the most profit if you compare how much you invest to make them. Definately lot less to produce than a 100 dollar camera.</p>

<p>People giving opinions about clothes always crack me up… I don’t understand. Who decided that clothes are “supposed” to be skin tight? I think skinny pants are ugly as hell. Everyone has these arbitrary “laws” of fashion that they follow, and honestly, they just look flamboyant and ridiculous. The people I’ve met are so proud of their “fashion sense,” and I just don’t have the heart to tell them their clothes make them look awkward.</p>

<p>I get up in the morning, pull out some random t-shirt from my closet, decide whether I want to go with a jacket or sweater, jeans or cargo pants, then I head out the door. My clothes are functional, comfortable, and don’t really draw much attention to me, positive or negative.</p>

<p>There’s the other thing too: people at American schools like to wear school apparel, mostly sweatshirts and jackets. Perhaps that’s foreign to European fashion sense?</p>
