Hi,

So I'll go right to the point. I'm an INTERNATIONAL student who scored 2050: CR 640, M 780, W 630.

I checked my performance on the CB website and saw that I did 3 mistakes in the W section but got only 6/12 on the essay. How bad is it? Will they will be able to see how much mistakes I did and look at my essay? How much they will care?

I don't ask for you to chance me but just want to know how they may interpret that?

Thanks

I’m not sure how it would affect an international but the 640 and the 630 would eliminate any chances for an english-speaking student. Look on the bright side, I’m an American that got a 9/12 and I only scored 20 points higher on the writing.

Did you take the SAT in October…
I don’t really mind about my 630 (ok, I do…) but really about the 6. I was afraid they will see that as “Oh he got 6, there is no way he can study here.”

Yes, it’s even harder to get into Harvard as an international applicant, unless, perhaps, you happen to be a North Korean defector, the child of a head of state, or a Bedouin. Those numbers make your chances about zero. Sorry.
