Will a C+ 1st Semester Senior Year ruin my chances?

So right now I’m sitting at a C+/B- borderline in AP Physics - C and I may end up with a C+. It’s a really tough class, and I tried to do better. Anyway, if I do end up with a C+ could it ruin my chances of getting into my stretch colleges? I’m applying to Wake Forest, Boston College, Notre Dame, and WashU.

Also, I applied as a premed major, but I’m positive I won’t do that and I’ll do macroeconomics instead. If I called the admissions office and told them to change that, would it potentially lessen the impact of that grade?

info: 4.65 W GPA /5
31 ACT
lots of extracurriculars (like a lot) and a really good essay

There is no way to know for sure but If those schools are reaches don’t you think a C+ in a college level class tells them something? I really doubt your major would have any impact. Premed is not really a major. It’s a set of classes you need to take before med school. You can take them with ANY major. I really do hope you have some less competitive colleges on your list.
