All of my grades have been mostly A’s, A+s, and Bs, I have NEVER had a grade lower than a B in my entire highschool career until semester 1 of senior year, where I got a C+ in AP US History 2
I am applying to NYU College of Arts and Sciences (Computer Science), Carnegie Mellon University (Computer Science), Stevens Institute of Technology (Computer Science), Northeaster University (Computer Science), RPI (Computer Science), Rutgers University - Newbrunswick (Computer Science), and Boston University (Computer Science).
All of my Midyear grades were not as good as I was expecting. My Freshman sophmore and junior grades were usually (B+ in honors english all 3 years, A+ in all math courses throughout highschool, A+ in Computer Science Honors, B+ in Science courses, A in freshman history and B+ and B (sem 1 and 2 respectively) in AP US History 1, A’s in all language courses)
Mid Year Grades this time were:
AP Calculus: B+, AP Statistics: B+, AP Physics: B, AP US History 2: C+, English Honors: B+, and A in a 1 year elective course
Will this 1 C+ kill my chances at these colleges and if so, how badly??? Please give feedback, I AM SUPER STRESSED.
