Will a college accept a transfer application twice?

So, my transfer application is due tonight, and the admissions office is closed so I can’t call them before my application is due (stupid of me not to call earlier, I know). My big issue is that I’m not sure if I’d like to transfer next semester or whether I should just wait out my entire freshman year before applying to transfer.

My issue, then, is this: what if my transfer application is accepted for the spring semester next year and I decide that I’d like to spend another semester at my current college. Then, come next semester, I realize that I’d actually like to transfer for fall next year. Will the school accept my transfer application twice in a row? Or, because I rejected their first transfer admission, will they not accept my transfer application again?

Sorry for the urgency of this question, I know my lack of prudence is immature. Thank you in advance if you know the answer to this question.

Essentially, I want to apply as a transfer for the spring 2020 semester but am not completely sure whether I’d actually transfer if accepted. Will they accept my transfer application twice if I decide not to transfer after the first admission?

You can be accepted for the spring, but decide not to go for umpteen reasons. If you decide not to go, you can ask them whether you can defer your admission for the fall or if they would require a new application.
