Will AP test scores be a deal breaker?

Alright, so I took AP Biology and earned an A in the class, but on the test I got a 1. I took the AP Government test (also received an A in the class), but received a 3 on the test. I wanted to apply for the United States Air Force Academy, but I'm afraid they'll reject me because of these scores. I know I can withhold them, but then they'll get irritated that I withheld the scores, and reject me because of that. Basically, are AP scores a deal breaker? The thought of it being a deal breaker is making me distraught.

There are any number of reasons for not taking the AP exam in the first place, which would mean that there is no result to self-report, and there are plenty of students who would rather drop dead than report even a 4, so no admissions officer is going to care if you have a course labeled AP on your transcript, but don’t self-report a score. Stop worrying about this.
