I took a lot of community colleges during high school... about 40 semester units, equivalent to 60 semester units........ Even though the grades will not be counted when determing my undergraduate college GPA... I'm wondering if it will affect the GPA that I'll to Med School with? I was super lazy in high school and only got a 3.67 GPA at a local CC, which would really hurt me if it were to be added to my college GPA.

The grades one obtains at a CC will be heavily discounted by any adcom reviewing your transcript. This is much more of a serious problem if it involves a premed requirement.
Someone has pointed out here that any review by an adcom is better than no review, but I think that's largely a philosophical distinction.

I would check with several med schools for an answer. This may vary from institution to institution.

I do know that unless you attend the same college where you had taken your high school college courses, those grades will not be averaged into the college GPA.

As the moderator pointed out, do not take pre-med requirements at a community college.

Oh man I took 2 CC classes in HS and got 2 As; you sure it won't count at all? Even if I send both transcripts, I mean as you can imagine 2 As is a nice GPA booster, right?

Any course you take for credit that is a college class is factored into your AMCAS GPA. It is imperative that if you take college classes that you get A's in them otherwise they will bring down your AMCAS GPA (the GPA as it is reported to medical schools). Or one should audit such classes. Although an adcom will know that those were college classes taken in high school and treat them as such, most schools have GPA cutoffs for the secondary application so one may potentially not make it due to bad grades in high school... its scary but its true.
