Hi,

I've been hearing a lot about dental schools/pharmacy schools getting a huge rise in the number of applications. Is it possible that these schools may soon overtake medical school in competitiveness (or by 2012 since thats when I'll graduate college :D).

actually, I think I might have to admit that part of this could be my mind trying to convince myself that med school admission will get easier in the future. After taking a practice DAT online where I got 3/4 right, and a practice MCAT where I got 0/3 (although I took another one out of an old princeton review book and got 7/8 right since I had recently studied it in biology), I think that part of this could be denial that I'll never get into dental school because I might not be smart enough. But still, do you think it might be possible that dental school may get harder, because I've heard that dental and pharmacy schools are getting a much higher increase in applications than medical schools, so is it possible that not all of what I'm thinking is denial?
