I am a high school senior who was admitted to FSU for the summer coming up. I am also a full-time dual enrollment student so all my classes are taking at my local community college instead of at my high school. During the first semester, I took 13 credits and finished with a 3.76 gpa and made the Dean’s list. However this semester I am struggling in one class, Calculus with Analytic Geometry 1. Last semester I took ENC1101 and its lab, Statistics, Macroeconomics, and Intro to American Government. I got an A in all those classes except Macroeconomics where I got a B.
This semester I am taking Calculus, ENC1102, Health, and Music Appreciation. I’m expected to get an A in Music Appreciation and ENC1102, but a C in Health.
I contacted FSU and they said to wait until after I’ve received my final transcripts, but I know what my grades will end up looking like. I’ve never struggled in math and have only gotten one B in my entire life in math.
What are the chances that my admissions is rescinded?
Someone please help me. I am stressing so much!!!
What do you think your grade will be? I didn’t see it in your post. The general guidance given is no Ds, Fs or felonies.
I think I’ll end up with a D in calculus
You need to see if there is any way to get it back up to a C. Extra credit, extra study hall, whatever.
