Will having 4 Cs hurt my chances of getting into UCSD and UCI as a transfer?

Hi everyone,
I’m applying for fall of 2021 and I realized that I will have four Cs when applying, C in Bio101, C in precalc A, C in Calc 1, and a C in chem 110. I don’t have any Ds I have a mix of Bs and As. By the time I apply my GPA will be 3.37 and my assist GPA will be 4.7. Will those hurt my chances? Also, does anyone know if the UCs look into your assist GPA or your total gpa?

UC’s look at your UC transferable GPA only so depending upon major and campus, the C’s could have an impact on your chances.
