Will having an Arts Supplement seriously hurt my chances at admission?

Hey. I'm looking to apply to a good amount of good schools (Stanford, Williams, etc.) and have an okay chance at getting in, but not for sure. I don't know what I want to major in yet and I'm thinking about majoring in music (sketchy because music is hard to succeed in). Will submitting an Art Supplement hurt or help my chances at being accepted? I'm a decent player but not the greatest and I'd like to keep the option of having a major in music open. If anything, I still want to play in college.
Thanks in advance for reading this.

Unless you’re simply terrible and no one has been honest with you – it’s difficult to imagine it hurting you. Objectively, how good would your supplement be? If good, then you should be fine. Otherwise, omit it.
