Being First Gen, low-income, top 10% of your class, and having such interesting ECs means your chances are very good, despite the test score. There are multiple decision dates for Early Action, with people hearing back in November, December, and January. Seems like it’s usually in the middle of each month, as keanne20 mentioned with her brother being accepted on December 15 previously. Keep an eye out next week.

Our case is unusual because of high GPA and low ACT. I really do not have any data point from the past to predict how admissions will respond to your case.
