Will I get in to Carnegie Mellon University?

<p>Hi, I really wants to go to Carnegie Mellon University, but I am really not confident. Please be honest.</p>

<p>I got 1820 on my first SAT but an retaking it. I hope I will do better because i took some SAT courses.
700 in Biology SAT II
700 in Math II SAT II
will take Korean SAT II in november</p>

<p>I am currently a junior. (graduating in 2012)
I took AP BIOLOGY and AP CHEMISTRY. I didn't get my results yet.
I am planning on taking AP Calc BC next year</p>

<p>My GPA is 3.73 for unweighted and 5.65 for weighted GPA
I am in the Top 11% of for class rank. (total class mate = 450)</p>

<p>I played Varsity Tennis throughout highschool
I am National Honor Society's Treasurer
SOL Continental Doubles Tournament- 6th place
Suburban I league- 2nd place(2011) and 3rd place(2010)
I am in Key Club(volunteering club)
I am vice president for interact club (community service club)
I am currently volunteering to help out with the children in my church. 50+ hrs</p>

Also, I am thinking about majoring in Biology, because I want to be a vet. Do you know other good colleges you might suggest?</p>

<p>Improve on the SAT. Take Chem SAT2. Very less APs… Top 11% is relatively low. Get to top 5-10%. ECs will look good if presented well</p>

<p>Everything is good but you really need to bump up the SAT. One of my really smart friends is going to Notre Dame for biology so they’re probably worth a look. Get the SAT to at least a 2000-2100 and you’re set for MCS.</p>
