Once again, I ****ed up high school bad, and tried my best the last 2 years. Will I be guaranteed admission into atleast a state college?

Yes its worth a try. Colleges will see that you've steadily improved yourself in your HS career, which shows effort, and is very important.

Don't worry so much about freshman GPA, even though it may hurt you slightly (or not at all), your high senior GPA will help it.

Wash U is a stretch. However, you will get in somewhere (I don't know much about the other schools, but your senior year gpa is quite impressive). Colleges usually like it if they see dramatic improvement. Between freshman and senior year, you made huge strides.
