SAT score: 1390
GPA: weighted-91 and un-weighted-88
i get As and Bs
I have good volunteering work...
what else do i need and to improve on?

SAT is out of 1600?

If 1390 out of 2400, you have 0% chance.

Bring your SAT up to 1600 and apply early

It is out of 2400

Need to bring up your SAT score or there’s no chance, unfortunately. Consider getting some SAT books to study if you haven’t done so already.

Not until you bring your SAT score up… minimal is probably around 1600

Is it true that the 25% line would make a given Rutgers school a safety for an in-stater? (I always chanced for Rutgers with that assumption in mind when dealing with in-staters, for schools other than Ernest Mario; out-of-staters is another matter)

Rutgers SAS/SEBS: Reach (aim for 24+/1700+; this is also true for MG but portfolio holds more weight)
Rutgers business/engineering/nursing: High reach (aim for 28+/1900+)
Rutgers 0-6 PharmD: High reach (GPA is just too low)
