Your ACT is fine - the class rank seems a tad low for the mid 50%. Not sure of your HS grade - you mention taking 4 AP’s ‘next year’ (classes or the test?) - from your EC’s it looks like you are a senior? Anyway, if you are Class of 2019 finish your junior year strong. If you are Class of 2018 (for HS) then hopefully your PSEO/College in Schools will help offset that lower GPA (college courses being a lot harder than AP).
Your stats were some what comparable to mine. I had a higher test score (I got a 34 ACT) where you have a slightly higher GPA (I got a 3.87W GPA). My ECs were a little more in depth where your ECs are a little more extensive. I did not get into the biological sciences program (I was also applying for neuroscience) but I did get into LAS. I chose not to attend UMN. That being said, what they look for year to year changes. Good Luck!
