i am oos white male from new jersey.i have a 4.0 with all honors classes. i have lettered in varsity basketball and varsity baseball since i was a junior. i have good ec's, in many clubs, national honor society. sat scores are 530/570/580 (CR/M/W) which is an 1100 or 1680 combined. i know scores are a little low, but will i get into the university of connecticut?!?!

i have exact same stats basically (3 varsity swimming letters, volunteer, a lot of EC's, 1110, OOS, white male, 4.0 with honors)--- I got wait listed. Hope you can get in!

so what are my chances???and when will i find out if i applied around january 15

i got waitlisted...
so will you.... and you applied PRETTY late
as UCONN is most student's first choice school, applicants are advised to apply early.
so you'll probably get wait listed too... it is a very good school (top public university in new england) and virtually every connecticut resident applies there.

so i think you'll probably either get wait listed

have you heard yet??

Does UConn weight GPA or SAT scores equally in the admission process ? Or one more than the other ?

your stats are good but, you’re from out of state. I know someone who had really good stats and got into better schools than UConn, and got wait-listed. However, she was out of state. Getting into UConn living out of state is VERY hard. But i think you have a shot.
