geez, I can’t believe how bad your sat 2 scores are in comparison to your sat 1 scores. Unless Lit and Math are brought up to at least 700+, I would have to say slight reach to reach for Berkeley/USC/LA. Definite Reach for Dartmouth.

Well i am retaking the sat 2’s in december and I am hoping for 700+ but wouldnt i be a strong candidate for USC considering that they dont take sat 2’s? my sat’s are high for SC and my GPA is way above there avg??

Hey, I’m applying to similar schools! Best of luck, sir =)

Your extracurriculars are more than enough for USC/UCLA/UCB/Brown/Cornell, but they fall short of what you’d expect for an admitted student at an Upper Ivy.

GPA is pretty awesome, but those subject tests will hurt you. I believe UCLA’s average SAT II hovers in the mid-600’s, and you’re about 100 points shy for both. Nonetheless, a pretty good SAT I score.

However, I still wouldn’t be surprised if you got into either USC/UCLA/UCB, simply because everything else is on par, the subject tests are just one aspect.

There’s a good chance you’ll get into one of the following: UCB, UCLA, Notre Dame

Keep your head up, if you can get those SAT II’s to be 750+, then you’re set, and you’ll even have a shot at Brown/Cornell.

Your ECs look good, but the SAT II scores are less than stellar. For the ivies, you should definitely pull those up, but the bigger universities, looks good

Your GPA is very strong. It can get you to any of the UC’s. the problem might be your SAT II’s–well you are retaking it so good luck!
your ec’s are great too. shows ur devotion to comm service, etc.

Berkeley - low reach. hey if you can get it above 700 then it will definitely be a good match.
UCLA - match
USC - match
Dartmouth - Reach. it’s a tough school.
Notre Dame - low reach/high match? depending on sat ii’s.
