will i get rescind from UCLA

Hello everyone~ I was recently accepted to UCLA but i am currently struggling in one of my courses.. I am receiving a C right now in my Math course so not sure if i should just receive the C or drop with a W. The only problem is that if i drop with a W this will be the 3rd W for this course so i know that it might look bad.(I only have 2 W so far on my transcript all because of this math course) However, this Math class is not part of my major prerequisites, IGETC, and i have 60 units. I also got straight A's last Fall, Winter, and this Spring.. I just really hate Math. FYI its too late for me to get a B in the class.. Please let me know what your guys think

Call them and ask

I called admission advising and they weren’t very helpful. didn’t tell me which was better

you have 20 threads over 4 different years asking whether you will get rescinded…

First your comment isnt even helpful so idunno why u even left a comment and 2nd im using my sisters account thats why it has her past questions about UCLA

I am certain that a W will be worse than a C in a non required class. UCLA admission contract says that you must notify them immediately of any drop classes however you are only required to notify them if you get C in TWO OR MORE non major courses.

You should get that C. Don’t worry about it dinging your GPA. Ms. Sun said that as long as you get a minimum GPA of 3.0 for that semester, you will be fine.

I hope this helps. :-)
