Will I get rescinded from Yale?

So I was an early admit back in December and I have been really REALLY trying to keep my grades up but my AP Econ class is just killing me.

It looks like I will end the year with:

Calc Honors: A-
AP World History: A+
AP Environmental Science: A
Anthropology: A+
French: A
Mythology Honors: A/A+
Economics: B/B- (B minus is worse case scenario)

But I will also be ending fourth quarter, potentially, with a C+/B- for Economics even though my final grade will be around a B…will I be okay?

You have nothing to worry about.

I think it’ll be fine as long as it’s a B. What were your grades like in your previous H.S. years?

And did you try to negotiate with your teacher?

You could get a C- and still be fine. This is not something you should waste even a second stressing over.
