Will I Get Rescinded?

I’m too old to care about some negative comment toward myself online, so I spoke for others. It’s not about any specific individual you mentioned; it’s all about your attitude. Even though some advice could not work for your particular case, don’t you appreciate that it helped you to get ready for the worst case? You are just lucky since UCLA admission is known for their wonderful cooperate and sympathy. I do feel sorry for some 4.0-GPA students were denied by UCLA as they lost one hope for a person like this. It’s just my personal feeling, and I speak here so that future students will see another aspect of the cyber world to choose how they will react if they put on the same shoes. That’s it.

Good luck with your summer course.

@svlab112 Calc II is a major prereq for UCLA/Haas specifically, so if I didn’t have it I wouldn’t be able to transfer period. Retaking before being told to might have shown some initiative, but it’s not like I had a choice.

I think you are too young so that you feel people comment public to the original owner only …hihihi… Your behavior told me who you are already, so can you guess why people (or maybe it’s only me) still saying about your misbehavior? Do you believe that people are very naive to think that their saying would change your reaction or your mind today?

You can say D or F does not mean you would get rescinded, then why don’t you tell UCLA admission that you won’t re-take it in summer, or why shouldn’t UCLA just give you the requirement to pass instead of B/ A??? (Hope you can make a magic change from F to A within few weeks). And if you don’t see any advice is helpful, where did you get to know that “should let them know in advance”, and “offer to re-take in summer”?

With your attitude, I’m super curious about how you will end up in Calculus this summer. Since I do love my Pre Business Econ classmates at UCLA so far, don’t want to even be in the same classroom with this kind of character.
