Will I still be able to transfer to UGA?

Without trying to go deeply into it, but on paper coming into this summer semester my cumulative GPA is 3.51. In the past I took a class and got a D in it, I retook the course a year later and got a B coupled with my other good grades leaving me at a 3.51. Anyway they always show your overall regents GPA so with the D still as a factor, my GPA was 3.29 coming into the summer semester. I was planning on finishing out the fall of 2013 at my current university, and transferring into a better school Spring of 2014. I was planning on filling out my application at the end of summer, but I made the mistake of taking a summer class.

I only took one summer class by itself, and I made a C which is the worst grade I have made in awhile. The school requires a minimum GPA of 3.20 to get looked at for transfer acceptance. With this my cumulative GPA dropped to a 3.38, but my overall non tampered with GPA is now at 3.19. What I am wondering is will they look at the 3.19(rendering me ineligible) or the 3.38 from my cumulative GPA?

Call UGA and ask them.
