<p>If you have your tax forms, your CSS can be done in about 20 minutes (max).
Though I don’t think it would make HUGE difference, other than how fast they can review your application.
The deadline to me is just a suggestion. Even if you sent your CSS, it would take about a week to get there when they pick it up, and then they will have to sift through the mountain of applications, and yours may be on the bottom as it is even if you sent it in time.</p>
