Will it be possible for me to get into top schools with my stats?

Hey everyone, I was curious if you guys could give me some guidance with this… So I got 3.86 my freshman year(not too good), a 4.5 my sophomore year, and a 5 in my junior year. All weighted of course. My course load junior year was(all As):

AP Macro
AP English Lit
AP World
AP Environmental
H Math Analysis
H Spanish

My extracurricular are decent and I play varsity soccer. Lots of voluntary hours so far. 1530 SAT. I know I don’t have a chance with Ivies but will I have a good chance of getting into schools like NYU and UVA. All 4s and above on my AP tests too. If you could respond, that would be great!

You have a chance everywhere, just not a good one, seriously UVA and NYU are probably match schools for you.

Your steady GPA increase will work in your favor. And good news- schools tend to only focus on sophomore and junior year grades!

What is you cumulative uwGPA?

What major are you interested in? You will likely need 1 more solid lab science class (AP Biology/Physics) senior year. Most top level schools will not give AP credit for Enviornmental Science.

NYU is a solid match and UVA is a low match. If you’re in-state then match/almost safety.

I think for Ivy League schools, Cornell is a low reach that you should try for. Your current GPA and test scores will ensure that your application will be looked at.
