Will Midwest address provide at least a tiny hook?

<p>When I was in high school, my mother used to joke that she should start a "Senior Year in Wyoming Program" to help applicants get a geographic diversity "hook" at their top-choice colleges. </p>

<p>I thought of her plan today when I read this Bloomberg story about the declining numbers of high school seniors in the Midwest, and I wondered if perhaps it's time for "Senior Year in Milwaukee." ;-)</p>
