I applied to the University of Michigan with a high SAT score and an ACT that is below their average. I retook the ACT recently, and the scores are released on November 14th, will it be in or even matter for early decision still?
As long as you have a previous score submitted and qualified for EA, they will look at your October ACT score received after Nov 1. Unless the rest of your application is way off, they would not finish reviewing your application before mid November.
Decisions do not come out until mid-late Dec, and your updated ACT score should be in the system well before then.
