Will my disability affect college acceptances?

Please bear with me.
I am diagnosed with autism since I was one years old and I'm still on the spectrum (I don't have Asperger's syndrome or ADHD). I also have a physical disability that affects my physical activity.

Some stats to consider:
GPA: 3.35 out of 4.0 unweighted
ACT: 24- will be taking it again
Class rank: idk if my school has a class rank; I'm probably in the 40-50% tile
Community Service: Costa Rica (40 hours), A non for profit organization (60ish hours), a bike ride for kids with handicapped disabilities (15 hours).
EC's at school: 2 theater productions, school choir, newspaper, helping out freshmen at my school through school events, writing a screeplay (won some awards), multiple art shows, and going to as many extra help sessions as possible.
Junior Year classes (they involved a lot of work and studying time):
Precaluculs
Chemistry with a lab
AP Lang & Comp
US History (along with an AP exam)
English Writing Honors (1/2 year)
PE (1/2 year)
Photography (1/2 year)
Health (1/2 year)
Drawing & Painting
Academic Support
Senior year schedule for next fall:
AP Lit
Physics with lab
Calculus
Sociology/Econ
AP Psych
AP Art 2D
Gym (1/2 year)
Adapting to college with academic support (1/2 year)
Possibly be self studying for an AP exam.

Will my learning disability be the only reason I'm getting accepted to college? I'm looking at competitive schools and non competitive schools.
Will colleges judge me the same as those who do not have disabilities?

Thank you to those who read the whole thing :)

The disibility that limits your physical activity is it cerebral palsy? I can relate to both and I’m sure you’ll not be judged I think there’s ppl who have worse problems then you and I and they aren’t, I suppose the correct word is discriminated against. You and I will be fine I’m sure

Do you have to disclose these issues on your apps? If not, and you’re worried about discrimination, then don’t.

Students on the autism spectrum constitute a dramatically growing segment of the college population these days.
