Will my interview even matter if it's tomorrow?

Hi,

My alumni called me today (no idea why so late) and we scheduled an interview for tomorrow. Since it's so late, will admissions officers even receive the evaluation in time to consider it? I'll go just to meet him, but I can't see how it has any impact now.

it may. they make their decisions this week and next week. results are sent off on the 10th.

Bokonon--how positive are you about that second piece of information? Is Dec. 10 really their official mailing date?

well, if the goal is to get a response to everyone in the country by the 15 they dont' have much of a choice. besides, they'll push it back as far as they can, and i'd say that they'd want to take a well deserved break on saturday.

yes, i concur that they will be sent on the 10th

and i will have it in my hands on the 13th, unlucky number.

my interview is scheduled for december 7th :|

oh wow...but hey, you got one! Maybe he'll zip it off and it'll be an 11th hour decision, hehe.

yeah, the person who called me was his secretary and she seemed kinda flighty. She was like, "how about the 2nd of december at 5" and i said okay, then all the sudden she changed her mind and said, you know what, it has to be next week...the 7th.

Lol...very not cool. "Uhhhh, yeeeeeah, that's not gonna work for me. Decisions are mailed on the, uhhhh, 10th or so. Yeeeeah, didja get that memo? No? Mmm'k. Thaaanks."

Sorry, Office Space is still on the brain, heh.

LOL...i love that movie :). Whatever...i don't think I'll interview well anyway because I get nervous so...it might be a good thing
