An honest evaluation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

yeah you'll definitely get in, did you do EA? or RD? if your worried about admittance, then dont bc thats pretty much what i had, and I got in, and Im from Ohio. I have similar grades, varsity capt. of swim team, EC's, yup...you'll be fine, i'd worry about scholarships and how much money you'd get, unless UNC seriously screws up somehow.

You are capable certainly of succeeding at UNC. If you were from NC, you'd be in. The OK thing may help you? Your stats don't measure up to the kids here in SC that I know were accepted EA. I know a National Merit Semifinalist that was rejected EA. It's tough getting in from OOS, but I wish you the best. You will do fine whereever you get in. If UNC is your #1 choice, I hope you're successful.

well i honestly couldnt give you an accurate prediction since acceptances can be random at times. i do think you have a fairly decent shot, since i got in and my stats were only slightly better than yours. a lot of things go into a decision, and i think your ECs will help you a lot. i agree w/palmettoman that being from OK may help you since a lot of accepted OOS students tend to be from the east (at least from what ive seen on here and facebook).

28 people in his class "better" than him, though? It's a small percentage, but there are still a lot of kids ahead of him. I agree that rank is a little weak considering the competition for OOS.

u have good chances, screw the ranking. 29/939?? that is ridiculously amazing, I would probably have been top 75...but to be in top 3% from such a large pool is great.
