<p>Im a korean international student.
For my freshman to sophomore year, I went to an IB school. I messed up my freshman year and I did my best to do well for my sophmore year, but I failed again (I attempted suicide because of this failure). </p>
<p>However, I moved to an AP school for my junior year. I had 1 B and 1 C. I had hard time adjusting to the new environment. My counselor told me that university will look at my freshman and sophomore year grade, but it will not be calculated into cumulative gpa. So by the time I apply, my gpa will be around 3.88. Even though I got 1 B and 1 C, at the end I think I will be able to achieve 3.88 or 3.9. </p>
<p>I have good sat and sat 2 scores and outstanding extracurricular activity. I think that biggest obstacle is my GPA, but does anybody know whether the B and C I got in junior year will become a big obstacle for Ivy league dream? </p>
