Hi all-
I’m currently scheduled to attend UC Davis this upcoming Fall, but I’m nervous my admission will be revoked as my grades dropped this semester. I was accepted with a 3.05 cumulative GPA but now it’s fallen to a 2.83 (no Ds, just a few Cs…) I know the minimum transferrable GPA is 2.8 (I just made it), but will they rescind since I dropped so much? Or does it not matter since I’m still above the minimum and passed all my courses? I’m kinda freaking out about this so anything will help. Thanks in advance
Call admissions and find out. Did your provisional admission contract state you needed a C or higher in your courses or a specific GPA?
@Gumbymom It said C or higher in all my courses with the same academic level as admitted as well as maintaining the minimum UC transferrable GPA, which is 2.8. I fulfill all of the requirements, I’m just nervous that since it dropped drastically they may rescind their offer.
I think you should be fine but you can always call admissions to confirm and put your mind at ease.
