Just got my early write as well!
Are all of the early writes released at the same time or do they come out in batches?

What is an “early write?” Do you have to get an early write to get accepted? Where can I check?

@jacobpilawa Nah a lot of people – majority of people who get accepted, I believe – don’t receive early writes/LLs.
@Grapess What is the difference? Like, who gets an early write/who doesn’t? I’m just confused on the process! Thanks so much!

@ASJU9511 yep! Williams is different from most other colleges in that their version of a “likely letter” isn’t a likely letter, it’s an actual offer of admission. That’s why we can log into the portal and sign up for Preview Day, respond to the offer and see our FA award.
My decision still isn’t out. Is this something to be discouraged about?

I got accepted today! I’m so happy! This is my first college acceptance, other than from my state school and this feels amazing!

Can someone please tell me what percentage of accepted students get likely letters/early writes? I am too nervous!
