<p>Does anyone know how long after they recieve your deposit, u are allowed to set up you wisconsin email address?</p>

<p>and also, for housing, does it matter when you get it in by just as long as it is in before may 1st? does turning it in early have an advantage?</p>

<p>No advantage to turning it in early. Everything goes into the computer matching system.
Don't know about the email.</p>
