<p>Why isn't Western Michigan University listed as a school that offers Musical Theatre? I am currently a student there and I can say that we have one of the finest programs in the country.</p>
<p>Western Michigan University IS listed on the list of Colleges that offer Musical Theater. If you click on the FAQ link and when you get there, click on the "Big List", you'll see the list of schools by state that offer MT programs. </p>
<p>The list of SUB FORUMS at the top of this MT Forum are simply forums CC has set up for SOME Musical Theater Colleges, usually because we already have existing threads on these schools and so as an organization device, lumped those threads into sub forums. The list at the top of the MT Forum, is not a "best MT colleges" list! Nor is it a list of ALL colleges that offer MT (as is our "Big List" on the FAQ page). It also is not a "recommended list". Those are sub forums, not a LIST. The sub forums contain discussions that exist on the MT forum about those particular schools. If we have many threads on a certain school, it might necessitate creating a sub forum (a "file" if you will) for that program.</p>
<p>Collegemom, maybe this should be posted at the bottom of the subforum's list. Although it is not meant to be a list of "recommended schools" those who are new or just browsing may think that it is.</p>
