<p>I just got an email today that said my teacher recs weren't received yet and that they need one from an academic teacher, i send 2 from an academic teacher and I dropped them in the mail. Does it take time for them to notify you if they received your recs?</p>
<p>When did you put them in the mail? Sometimes it can take as long as two weeks for teacher recs to be processed.</p>
<p>They were put into the mail mid december and I submitted my app around the 28th, on the 16th of January I got notification they received it.</p>
