<p>hey i just checked wolverine access and i finally got a view decision link but it says "decision will be arriving by mail". is this a good thing or bad thing. my stats are fairly good</p>

<p>Are you kidding? I can't believe that they deferred or rejected you, but unfortunately, yes, that is what that has meant previously ....Is your 4.0 with honors and AP's? In-state or OOS?</p>
<p>....crap this ruins my holiday season. I'm instate and my school doens't have special GPA for AP or Honors courses, even though i took 5 APs and 4 Honors courses.</p>

<p>You will have a great chance to be admitted elsewhere.(anywhere)..That "special GPA" wouldn't matter anyway...UMich GPA is only 10th/11th , no plusses or minuses , and no weight for honors/AP.....The q in post #2 was b/c they say that rigor of curriculum is important.....</p>

<p>yah, my friend's cousin got in with lower stats and there was no email or link for her to check. so hopefully you got it, and if not you will probably get in during the RD! Good luck and DONT be bummed! have an amazzzsing christmas & dont think about it! =)</p>
