<p>I would strongly suggest that we not get started on this topic. Webb's article is a very, VERY sore spot to those women, such as myself, who attended USNA in the late 70s and the 80s. I cannot emphasize this enough.</p>
<p>Given the recent snafu over this very sort of topic on this board, I think the best thing is not to discuss it here. No good will come of doing so, trust me.</p>

<p>Everyone is capable of reading the news on their own. </p>
<p>As we are now in the thick of our kids applying to college and the service academies can we maybe keep the topic to thoses that shed positive experiences about the Academies. My Plebe is having a great experience at USNA, academics are good, football is good and most important he survived Plebe Summer and is surviving Plebe Year.</p>
