I am well aware that solid work experience is necessary prior to applying to a top tier MBA program....

How will business schools view applicants with 3 years of solid work experience prior to the applicants' undergraduate education?

I am currently 27 years old and plan on graduating next spring. Before enrolling in a university, I worked in various private education academies throughout the metropolitan area of Seoul, Korea for approximately 3 years. I was promoted several times and eventually held the title of academic director before leaving Korea to finish my undergraduate education.

Is my work experience, prior to graduating from my unviersity, relevant in applying to top MBA programs?
