Help!! My son has not passed his accounting class. This would be his 3rd time taking it. Well, at least that’s what he tells me. What can he do to make sure he passes it this time? He’s giving up all together. He should’ve graduated last semester. Please please help!
My son also struggled and barely passed. I know several students will used Khan academy online as a supplement to the class. My son really likes the dummies books. Quizlet is also a resource that many find useful. Also use office hours and on campus tutoring.
Thank you.
Does he go to the professor or TA for extra help? Can you get him a tutor to work one-on-one?
Can he take it at another (easier) school close to home and get the credit transferred to his current college so he can graduate (this would have to be arranged in advance with his academic advisor)?
Does he have his old exams to use to help study for future exams?
Is this class required for his major?
Is this introduction to accounting? Accounting is one subject you have to keep on top of weekly, you cannot cram for it a couple days before the exam.
The OP says “he should have graduated this semester”.
Graduated from COLLEGE?
Is this course in his major?
