Worry, scholarships available, low GPA...

Hello, I'm a 16 year old high school student from Pittsburgh, PA. I'm currently a junior, and it has now hit me that senior year is next year, and I should be on track. I'm convinced I want to become a psychiatrist. What I am looking for a great pre-med school that will be of great benefit to me. Sadly, I am more than extremely worried that I will not be accepted to a good school :(. My freshman year, I had an average of a 3.3 or 3.4 GPA, last year I had a 3.5 or 3.6 GPA average, and this year my first quarter I achieved a 3.3...which isn't the best at all. I am taking the SATs in March, and I've been prepping for it, but I know it will mean a lot in applying. If I get a genuinely good score on my SAT, average or above average, what are my chances of acceptance say to Pitt, CMU, or Duquesne? Or just any good school with a great pre-med program that doesn't necessarily have to be in Western PA. Also, I was hoping being Hispanic, since I was born in Lima, Peru and moved the US when I was 6, and bilingual would help also in my chances of acceptance? Also, I have a lot of service hours to my name. I go to a Catholic private high school. I played tennis this junior year and will my senior year.
