Would any of these qualify as Honors/Awards?

<p>Every semester, my school gives out awards for earning a GPA in a certain range. Since GPA's are listed on transcripts, would this really count as an academic honor?</p>

<p>Also, I was invited to a leadership camp for the community service club that I run, and I played the piano there so I was given an award for that. I was also given another award for showing passion in service. Would these qualify as awards?</p>

<p>Honestly, besides these and a couple student of the month awards, I don't really have anything to put in the honors portion of the Common App. So should I mention these or just leave it blank?</p>

<p>In my opinion, I would list the piano award, the award in service, and a student of the month award. I think most college admission counselors would notice that the gpa-based awards were automatic/superfluous, and most admissions counselors I’ve met are huge fans of brevity.</p>
