<p>I was enrolled in a college, signed up for one class, and then withdrew from that class. After that, I didn't take anymore classes. If I applied to another school, would I be considered a transfer?</p>
<p>Does the W show up on your transcript or anything? And did you withdraw fully from the school, or just take some time off? </p>
<p>I would clarify your status with your former school just to make sure everyone’s on the same page. You wouldn’t want to apply as a freshman when the national clearinghouse claims you’re a transfer (even if you think you’re not). </p>

<p>I have no clue. I haven’t withdrawn completely from the university yet, but let’s say hypothetically I did.</p>
<p>I’ll be sure to email and ask the college I apply to, just wanted to know if there’s a clear cut answer now.</p>
<p>You would need to check with every college to see what they consider a transfer. I would think in most cases you would not.</p>
