Essays should be unique, Interview should go well, but no hooks :(

Give me an honest opinion, guys!

u took alg 2 i 9th grade, and then u took both ap calc b.c and geometry in 10th grade…?

haha yeah I was just supposed to skip geometry because my teachers all thought I should, but then my mom later said that I needed to take it.

Lol, that’s kind of like what I did! I did Geo in 7th, Alg 2 in 8th, Precal in 9th, and BC in 10th, though.

Math buddies! (:

Of course you have a chance. You have the grades to get in, but no one is guaranteed in this process. That’s the best I can tell you.

alwaysgraceful, you definitely stand a chance of being admitted :)! I definitely did not have any hook and I don’t think my scores and everything were as good as yours are. So much in life is up to chance, but you’ll never know how far you can reach until you’ve tried you best. If you liked Harvard and can envision yourself being a part of the school, then definitely apply— the guaranteed way to have zero chance is if you never send in an application.

Have you visited the school? If not, it may be great to come to visit the Boston/Cambridge area for an afternoon when you have the time :].
