Would it be a bad idea to get recs from two English teachers?

Here's my situation:

Most of the teachers I've had in my high school career have left after the year I had them. My PLAN was to get a letter from my sophomore English teacher and from my AP US History/AP European History teacher from last year (junior year). However, my APUSH/APEURO teacher was fired due to a conflict with the school district.

Now, my only options are:
-Freshman English teacher (Pre-AP, remembers me)
-Sophomore English teacher (Pre-AP, remembers me)
-Junior English teacher (AP, remembers me)

-Freshman Biology teacher (Pre-AP, doesn't remember me)
-Sophomore Chemistry teacher (Regular, doesn't remember me)
-Junior Physics teacher (Regular, remembers me, but probably doesn't like me)

-Junior Algebra II teacher (Regular, probably doesn't remember me, but I'm not sure)

Should I:
A- Get a recommendation from one of the teachers listed above
B- Get my second recommendation from another English teacher
C- Try to contact my APUSH/APEURO teacher

HELP!?

Two guidelines: (1)Choose two of your junior year teachers, unless one of your senior year teachers has taught you before and has a positive early impression of you and your work in your senior year. (2) Choose one humanities teacher and one science/math teacher.

So from your list of choices choose your junior year AP english teacher and your junior year physics teacher.
