Would it be a good idea to attend a "easy" school such as a Cal State university instead of UC for pharmacy?
i have been admitted to UC Davis for Biochemical engineering, and SF state University for Chemistry BA. My ultimate goal is to go to UCSF for pharmacy school, and then become a pharmacist. I heard that the standards at SF State University are lower, and thus would be easier to get good grades, which will look good on my transcript for Pharmacy. But UC Davis has the big reputation, and it would be good to have an engineering degree in my back pocket.

Do you think it's a good idea to go to SF state instead of UC Davis to have an easy way to get int pharmacy school?

Do you think it's a bad idea to major in Engineering while completing pharmacy prerequisites, engineering is one of the most difficult majors?
